• Personal Information" includes 'sensitive personal data or information’ (as defined under applicable law) and other information that You share with Us whether directly or in combination with other information or is received from a third-party service provider, that personally identifies You or could be used to personally identify You.

We may also collect information that You share in the process of User registration, post in Your feedback, reviews, comments etc. on the Website.

• Anervea assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of Your Personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third-party access, or other causes beyond its control. Anervea has undertaken reasonable measures to protect Your rights of privacy with respect to Your usage of the Website controlled by Us and Services provided herein. However, we shall not be liable for any unauthorised or unlawful disclosures of Your Personal Information made by any third parties who are not subject to Our control.

• Request the restriction of the processing of Your personal data: this right entitles You to request that Anervea only processes Your personal data in limited circumstances, including with Your consent.
• Request to object Our processing of Your personal information for direct marketing purposes including profiling. If You make such an objection, then We will cease to process Your personal information for this purpose.
• Request to object to Our processing of Your personal information for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes on grounds relating to Your situation, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
• Request to data portability: Where You have provided personal information to us, you can ask Us to transmit that personal information (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) directly to another company if is technically feasible.
• Request portability of Your personal data: this right entitles You to receive a copy (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) of personal data that You have provided to Anervea, or request Anervea to transmit such personal data to another data controller.

Disclosure Of Personal Information

We may disclose Personal Information that We collect from You or that You provide:

• to contractors, service providers and other third parties for analytics and communications and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential.

Cross Border Transfer of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which We engage service providers. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Data. Internet Protocol (IP) address and Call log:

• The calls made by You to Us with respect to the Services are recorded and maintained by the Company. The Company stores and maintains the IP address logs of all visitors who visit the Website. The Company stores this information to provide efficient Services.
• Your IP addresses are automatically tracked and collected by the Company and like most standard websites, we use log files to record the activity or events that occur between different users of a communication software. • In case You have provided us with Your e-mail or any other contact details after creating an account on Our Website or otherwise.
